1/4cPotato; cooked, peeled
2cWater
4ozPimientos; jar
1/2tsOnion powder
1/4cNutritional yeast
3tbCornstarch
2tbLemon juice
  Salt; to taste, if desired

Recipe by: The McDougall Program for Maximum Weight Loss Preparation Time: 0:10 Blend the potato with 1/2 to 1/3 cups of the water in a blender. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into a saucepan. Cook, stirring, until smooth and thick, 7 to 8 minutes.
