Title: Lemon Herb Barbecued Shrimp

1 1/2 | c | Catsup |
1/2 | c | White vinegar |
1 | tb | Gravy Mstr or Ktchn Bouquet |
1 | ts | Sugar |
1 | ts | Ground coriander |
1/2 | ts | Ground cumin seed |
1/4 | ts | Ground ginger |
1/8 | ts | Paprika |
Cayenne pepper to taste | ||
2 | lb | Lge shrimp; (20 -25 count) |
6 | Bamboo skewers - soaked in water for 30 min. | |
1/4 | lg | Lemon; seeded and finely minced, incldg rind |
Combine all ingredients except shrimp in a small saucepan; simmer 15 minutes, stirring frequently; thread shrimp, interlapping, on skewers; grill 4-6" from hot glowing coals, 3-5 minutes, turning and brushing frequently with lemon mixture; DO NOT OVERCOOK!
