2tbMargarine
1smOnion, minced
2tbFlour
1tsSalt
1tsPaprika
1/4tsDry mustard
  Black pepper to taste
3/4cMilk
1 Egg, slightly beaten
16ozKernel corn, drained

Directions: In 1 qt casserole, microwave marg and onion on high, covered for 1-2 minutes or til onion is transparent. Stir in flour, salt, paprika, mustard & pepper. Blend well until smooth. Beat milk and egg together and stir into flour mix. Blend til smooth. Stir in corn. Microwave at 70%, covered for 10-12 minutes until bubbly. Let stand for 5 minutes.
