Title: Harvest Stuffing

1/2cOnion, chopped
1/2cButter
1tsPoultry seasoning
1/2tsSalt
1/4tsCinnamon
1/8tsPepper
8cDry bread cubes
2cApple
1/2cWalnuts, chopped
1/4cWheat germ
3/4cChicken broth

In a skillet, cook onion in butter until tender but not brown. Stir in sage or poultry seasoning, salt, cinnamon and pepper. In a large mixing bowl combine bread cubes, peeled & chopped apple, walnuts and wheat germ. Add cooked onions. Drizzle with enough chicken broth to moisten, tossing lightly. Use to stuff 10 lb. turkey.
