Title: Salsa Alla Marinara (Mariner's Sauce)

Yield: 1 Servings

3tbGarlic cloves, minced
1/4cMinced parsley
1/2cOlive oil
2cChopped, peeled tomatoes
1tsCrumbled, dried oregano
  Salt and pepper to taste

Saute garlic and parsley in oil. When garlic is delicately brown, add tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes, or until well-blended and thick. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
