Title: Rhubarb Cobbler

1/2cMargarine
1cFlour
1/2cSugar
2tsBaking powder
1/2cMilk
2cRhubarb, chopped
1cHot water
1cSugar
  Cinnamon

Melt margarine in 8 inch pan. Make a batter of the flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder and milk. Spoon batter over melted margarine. Place rhubarb over batter. Stir 1 cup sugar into 1 cup hot water until it dissolves. Pour over rhubarb. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with cream.
