8 | | Bacon slices, cut into piece |
1 | c | Carrot, shredded or finely c |
1/2 | c | Onion, chopped |
1/2 | c | Celery |
1/2 | c | Peas, cooked |
3 | c | Rice, cold, cooked |
3 | ts | Soy sauce |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1/3 | c | Green onion, chopped |
Put bacon, carrot, onion and celery into frying pan. Saute until onion is
soft and clear. If it appeard dry, add some cooking oil, 1 tbsp at a time.
Add green onion, Saute another 1 or 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients.
Saute until heated through. Check for salt. If you are not using soy
sauce, you may need more salt.
