Title: Ravioli Salad

16ozPackage large cheese ravioli
1smOinion, thinly sliced
1/2 Yellow bell pepper, chopped
1/2 Orange bell pepper, chopped
1lgTomato, chopped
1/2cBasil olive oil
1/4cSeasoned rice wine vinegar
1/2cFreshly grated Parmesan cheese
1tbMinced fresh basil leaves
2tsFresh oregano leaves
1/2tsCrushed fresh thyme leaves
  Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare ravioli according to package directions. Chill in refrigerator about 1 hour. In a large salad bowl, combine ravioli, onion, bell peppers, tomaot, oil and vinegar, Parmesan, basil, oregano and thyme. Toss lightly. Add salt and pepper. For best flavor, prepare a day in advance and refrigerate.
