Title: Salmon in Dill & Lemon Sauce

|1||lg||Salmon filet -OR-|
| ||pn||Salt and white pepper|
| || ||Juice of 1 lemon|
|1/2||c||Finely chopped fresh dill|
Poach fish in water with salt, pepper and paprika. When fully cooked,
remove fish from pan. Add butter to liquid. When melted, add cornstarch
dissolved in a little cold water. When sauce becomes translucent, add lemon
juice and dill. Bring to a boil and pour over salmon.
Serve with boiled new potatoes and steamed asparagus.
