Title: Galloping Hot Oysters

1ptSelect oysters
12slBacon
1/2tsSalt
1/8tsPepper
1/8tsPaprika
2tbParsley
2 Jalapeno peppers; seeded and chopped

Drain oysters. Place each oyster across half a slice of bacon. Sprinkle all with seasonings, chopped parsley and chopped jalapeno peppers. Roll bacon around oysters, and fasten with toothpicks. Place oysters on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 450 F degrees in preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the bacon is crisp. Remove toothpicks and serve.
