2		Eggs, separated
1/3	c	Milk
1	tb	Butter, melted
1	c	Flour
2	tb	Sugar
1/4	ts	Salt
1	ts	Baking soda
8		Hot dogs

Beat egg yolks, milk, and butter. Stir in flour, salt, and baking powder; set aside. Beat egg whites till very stiff, fold in flour mixture. Dip hot dogs in batter and deep fry until golden brown.
