1slBacon
2tbOnion, fine chopped
1tbVinigar
1tbWater
1 1/2tsSugar
1/4tsSalt
 dsBlack pepper
2cCabbage, finely shredded
1smApple, peeled and chopped
1/4cSour cream

Cook the bacon strip until crisp, and save the bacon drippings. Remove finished bacon and add the onions, cooking for about 2 mins. Now add the vinegar, salt, water, pepper, sugar and bring to a boil. Add the slaw and apples and toss to coat. Cook until the cabbage wilts (about 6 mins).
