Title: Fruit Cocktail Noodle Pudding

1 | lb | Package thin egg noodles |
4 | oz | Butter; melted |
8 | oz | Pkg cream cheese; softened |
1 | lb | Cottage cheese |
4 | Eggs | |
1/2 | c | Sugar |
1 | ts | Vanilla extract |
16 | oz | Sour cream |
16 | oz | Can fruit cocktail; drained |
OVEN: 350
In a large pot of boiling water, cook noodles for 7 minutes. Drain noodles and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine melted butter, softened cream cheese and cottage cheese. Beat in eggs. Add sugar and vanilla. Fold in sour cream and drained fruit cocktail. Pour into a 13 X 9- inch glass baking dish, or other large casserole pan. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until golden brown.
Makes 10-12 servings.
