Title: Cranberry Crunch Smoothie, Grandma Grandy's

Yield: 4 Servings

2 1/2cCranberry juice cocktail
2tbLemonade; frozen concentrate
1cApple juice
2 Bananas
1cSeedless grapes
3/4cGrape-nutsİ
1/4cHoney; or to taste

Put all ingredients in a blender and puree on medium speed for 1 minute. Pour into tall glasses and serve.
