Title: Blueberry Bran Muffins

Yield: 1 Dozen

1cAll bran cereal
1/2cSkim milk
1 1/2cFlour
2 1/2tsBaking powder
1/2tsSalt
1/2tsCinnamon
1cUnsweetened apple sauce
1/3cMolasses
1/3cSugar
2tbVegetable oil
1 Egg
1 Egg white
1/2cFresh or frozen blueberries
  Not thawed

In large bowl combine bran cereal, and skim milk. Let stand 5 minutes. In medium bowl stir together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon; set aside. Add apple sauce, molasses, sugar, oil, egg, and egg white to bran cereal, stir until well combined. Add dry ingredients and stir until just moistened. Fold in blueberries. Pour into 12 muffin cups sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Bake at 400 for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely.
