Title: Blueberry Bran Muffins

1 | c | All bran cereal |
1/2 | c | Skim milk |
1 1/2 | c | Flour |
2 1/2 | ts | Baking powder |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Cinnamon |
1 | c | Unsweetened apple sauce |
1/3 | c | Molasses |
1/3 | c | Sugar |
2 | tb | Vegetable oil |
1 | | Egg |
1 | | Egg white |
1/2 | c | Fresh or frozen blueberries |

In large bowl combine bran cereal, and skim milk. Let stand 5 minutes. In
medium bowl stir together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon; set
aside. Add apple sauce, molasses, sugar, oil, egg, and egg white to bran
cereal, stir until well combined. Add dry ingredients and stir until just
moistened. Fold in blueberries. Pour into 12 muffin cups sprayed with non
stick cooking spray. Bake at 400 for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from pan and
