|1/4||c||Firmly packed brown sugar|
|2||lb||Center cut ham slice, 1 to 1 1/2" thick|
Preheat broiler. In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, gelatin, water and lemon juice. Heat, stirring constantly, over medium heat until gelatin and sugar are dissolved. Broil or grill ham slices 4 to 6 inches from heat for 15 minutes on each side, basting occasionally with glaze.
