Title: Multi Blend Fruit Cobbler

1 1/2 | tb | Butter |
1 1/2 | c | AM Multi Blend Flour |
1 | ts | Non-alum baking powder |
1/2 | c | Honey |
1 | Egg, beaten or egg replacer | |
1 | c | Milk or milk substitute |
2 | c | Fruit - fresh or canned, drained |
Melt butter in a 9" x 9" pan. Mix the Multi Blend flour, baking powder, honey, egg and milk. Pour mixture into butter. Add the fruit on top of batter. Bake 30 minutes at 400 F.
