Wash. Place cabbage (with water that clings to the leaves), salt and pepper in saucepan. Cook, tightly covered, over medium-low heat (moisture from leaves will be adequate to provide steam for cooking) 4 to 6 minutes until tender. Drain well. Add remaining ingredients to cooked cabbage. Stir to combine.
