Title: Green Oaks Cheese Spread

  Jim Vorheis
16ozCream cheese
1lbJar sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4lbSoft butter
1/4cDry sherry
2tbDry vermouth
1/2tsDry mustard
1/2tsWorcestershire sauce
2drTo 3 dr Tabasco sauce
1/2tsSeasoned salt
1/2tsCelery salt
1/4tsOregano

Mix cheese with butter until thoroughly blended. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well mixed. Pack in a crock, cover and refrigerate. Bring to room temperature to serve with crackers.
