1 | cn | 6oz's black olives;pitted drained |
2 | oz | Can anchovy fillets in olive oil;drained |
2 | tb | Vegetable oil |
2 | ts | Capers;drained |
2 | ts | Dijon mustard |
1 | sm | Garlic clove;peel & chopped |
1 | ds | Hot pepper sauce |
In the container of a food processor, process all ingredients until combined, but still with some texture. Scrape spread into small bowl. Cover and refrigerate to let flavors blend. Serve with assorted crackers. Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
