Title: Spunky Vegetable Pizza

Yield: 8 Servings

3/4cPizza sauce
1lgItalian pizza shell or crust
1cBroccoli, chopped
1cCarrots, shredded
1/2cRed or green bell pepper, sliced
6ozLow-fat mozzarella or Cheddar cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spoon pizza sauce on pizza shell. Put shell on baking sheet. Arrange vegetables over sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 minutes. When baked, cool 3 minutes before slicing. Makes 8 servings.

Per serving (approximately, depending on brand of sauce and shell): 235 calories, 13 grams protein, 8 grams fat, 2 grams saturated fat, 15 milligrams cholesterol, 29 grams carbohydrate, 568 milligrams sodium.
