Title: Linguine with Italian Sausage

3/4lbLinguine
2tbButter or liquid Butter Buds
1tbOlive Oil
3/4lbItalian Sausage; medium spicy; skin removed; chop*
3/4cRed wine
2cTomato sauce salt to taste pepper to taste
2tsButter or liquid Butter Buds
1/4cParmesan cheese

Cook pasta as directed. Heat butter and oil in a skillet; add chopped onion and saute' until soft. Cook chopped Italian sausage until done; about 5 minutes. Add wine; tomato sauce; salt and pepper; butter and cook approximately 10 minutes or until thick. Add pasta and toss well. Saute' an additional 2 minutes. Sprinkle parmesan on pasta and serve.
