Title: Cauliflower Corn Supreme

1/2tsGarlic powder
4cThinly sliced fresh cauliflower
1smSweet onion, chopped
1 1/2cFresh corn
1smSweet red pepper, chopped
1/2cGrated Parmesan cheese
2tbMinced fresh parsley
2tbButter or margarine
1/4cWhite wine or apple juice
1cShredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese

Combine the first four ingredients and set aside. In a greased 8" square baking dish, layer cauliflower and onion. Sprinkle with flour mixture. Top with corn and pepper. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley. Dot with butter. Combine milk and wine or apple juice. Pour over vegetabes. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes longer or until vegetables are tender.
