Title: Short Order Buttermilk Pancakes

1 EGG
2cALL PURPOSE FLOUR
2cBUTTERMILK
3/4tsBAKING SODA
1 1/2tsBAKING POWDER
1/2tsSALT
1tbSUGAR
3tbMELTED BUTTER

Beat eggs; Add buttermilk. Sift flour, soda, baking powder, salt and sugar blending well; add to egg mix; add melted butter; mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto lightly greased griddle and brown on both sides, cooking until done. (Griddle should be medium high heat). Hint:: To make buttermilk: Add 1 tablespoon LEMON JUICE (REALEMON BRAND) per cup of milk. One serving equals three 4" pancakes. Approx. 6 servings per recipe.
