Title: Cabbage Au Gratin

1mdHead cabbage, shredded
10 3/4ozCan condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
2tbMilk
1cShredded process American cheese
1cSoft bread crumbs
1tbButter or margarine

In a large covered saucepan, cook cabbage in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Drain well. Place in a greased 8" square baking dish. In a small saucepan, blend soup and milk. Heat well. Add cheese and stir until melted. Pour over cabbage. Saute bread crumbs in butter until golden. Sprinkle over cabbage. Bake at 350øF for 15 to 20 minutes or until hot.
