2tsMargarine, melted
1tsGrated lime peel
1/3cLime juice
2smFirm, ripe papayas
2cLow-fat vanilla frozen yogurt

In a 9"x13" casserole, stir together margarine, lime peel, water, lime juice and honey. Cut unpeeled papayas in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Place papaya halves cut side down in honey mixture. Bake at 375F for about 15 mintues or until sauce bubbles. To serve, place 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt in each papaya half.
