1/4cMayonnaise
2lbSirloin tip roast, trimmed -- cut into strips
1 Onion soup mix
8ozMushroom; sliced
1/2 Green bell pepper; sliced
1 16 oz can tomatoes
1/4tsSalt
1/4tsPepper
1tbA-1® steak sauce
1tbCornstarch
1tbParsley; chopped

Line 10 x 14-inch baking pan with heavy-duty foil. Spread with mayonnaise. Layer sirloin strips, soup mix, mushrooms and green pepper in prepared pan. Drain tomatoes, reserving juice. Arrange tomatoes over top. Pour mixture of reserved juice and remaining ingredients over layers; cover with foil. Bake at 350F for 2 1/2 hours.
