Title: Gazpacho

Yield: 4 Servings

3cLow-Sodium Tomato Juice
1cGreen Pepper, minced
1 Cucumber, diced (about 2 cups)
2 Green Onions, chopped
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1/4cParsley, freshly chopped

Cold and refreshing, this soup is terrific during the hot summer months.

ds Tabasco Sauce Black Pepper, freshly ground, to taste

Puree all ingredients in a blender or food processor.

Chill for at least 2 hours.

Serve cold or at room temperature.

Yield: 4 servings, 4 cups
