1 | c | Arugula leaves -- chopped |
1 | tb | Minced red onion |
1/2 | c | Extra virgin olive oil |
1 | ts | Dijon mustard |
2 | tb | White wine vinegar |
2 | tb | Lemon juice |
Salt and pepper |
You can use basil, italian parsley or watercress instead of the arugula.
Chop by hand and combine all ingredients.
