Title: Hot Dog Sauce

Yield: 4 Servings
1 | lb | Lean hamburger |
2 | tb | Paprika |
2 | tb | Onion, finely chopped |
1/2 | ts | Mustard powder |
1/4 | ts | Oregano |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
1/2 | ts | Garlic powder |
Salt to taste |
Brown meat and onions. Mash meat into small bits. Add other ingredients and simmer for 1 hour, adding water as needed to make a loose sauce. Use as a topping on hot dogs with mustard and chopped onions. Source:Randy Rigg
