Title: Pork Chops with Honey & Garlic

Yield: 4 Servings
Vegetable oil spray | ||
1 1/2 | lb | Pork loin chops |
1/4 | c | Honey |
1/4 | c | Lemon juice |
2 | tb | Soy sauce, low sodium |
1/2 | ts | Minced garlic |
Spray a large skillet with vegetable oil. Place over medium high heat. Add pork chops to hot skillet and brown for 1 minute on each side. Reduce heat to medium and cook about 8 minutes; turn and cook 5 minutes more or until done. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. Set aside. Remove chops
form skillet when the are done. Keep warm. Add honey mixture to skillet. Cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour over pork chops.
