Title: Aunt Ethel's Beef Casserole

Yield: 4 Servings
1 | lb | Ground beef |
1 | c | Chopped onion |
2 | tb | Shortening |
1 | cn | Tomato soup - undiluted |
1 | cn | Chow mein noodles |
ds | Salt | |
1/2 | c | Water |
1/2 | c | Shredded cheddar cheese plus extra for topping |
1 | cn | Creamed corn |
Brown meat and onion in shortening. Mix in salt, pepper, corn, soup, water and cheese.
Put in casserole, top with chow mein noodles and grate a little more cheese on top.
Bake in preheated 350 oven for 30 minutes.
