Title: Lemon-Caper Sauce - Mix & Match

Yield: 4 Servings

1/2cChicken broth
2lgGarlic cloves; sliced
2tbLemon juice
1tbCapers
1tbButter
2tbParsley; chopped

Put roth and garlic in skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 - 2 minutes until garlic is tender. Stir in lemon juice and capers. Remove from heat, add butter and stir until melted.
