1/2 | c | Chicken broth |
2 | lg | Garlic cloves; sliced |
2 | tb | Lemon juice |
1 | tb | Capers |
1 | tb | Butter |
2 | tb | Parsley; chopped |
Put roth and garlic in skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer
1 - 2 minutes until garlic is tender. Stir in lemon juice and capers.
Remove from heat, add butter and stir until melted. Stir in parsley. Spoon
over the Mix & Match chicken, pork or steak. Serves 4. Source: Woman's
