1/3 | c | Sour cream, reduced fat |
1/4 | c | Chicken broth, reduced-fat |
1/4 | c | Creamy mustard blend |
1/4 | ts | Black pepper, freshly ground |
2 | tb | Scallions; sliced |
Whisk all ingredients except scallions in a small bowl until blended. Pour
into skillet, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 1 minute, stirring
often, until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in scallions. Spoon over or
under the Mix & Match chicken, pork or steak. Serves 4. Source: Woman's
