Title: Calcium Rich: Orange French Toast with Honey

Yield: 1 Servings

1/4cPlain yogurt, low fat
1tsLiquid honey
1 Egg
1/3cSkim milk
1/2tsOrange rind, grated
1/4tsVanilla
1pnSalt
2slWhite or whole wheat bread
1/2tsMargarine
  Ground nutmeg

In small bowl, combine yogurt and honey; set aside.

In shallow bowl, beat together egg, milk, orange rind, vanilla and salt. Dip each bread slice into egg mixture, coating each side well.

In large nonstick skillet, melt margarine over medium heat; cook bread for 2 minutes per side or until golden brown.

Sprinkle with nutmeg.
