1/4 | c | Unsweetened pineapple juice |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 | tb | Packed brown sugar |
1 | c | Drained canned unsweetened |
Crushed pineapple | ||
1 | tb | Margarine or butter |
Softened | ||
2 1/4 | c | Bread flour |
1 | tb | Dry milk |
1/3 | c | Pecan halves |
1/4 | c | Shredded coconut |
1 1/2 | ts | Regular active dry yeast |
This recipe can be doubled for a 2 lb. loaf. Follow the instructions for using the basic bread setting that came with your breadmaker. Drain 1 can (15-ounces) crushed pineapple in juice (reserve juice) to give the amount of juice and pineapple needed for this recipe. This bread makes great French toast.
