Title: Lorraine's Buttermilk Rye Bread

1 1/3cButtermilk; (Welbilt/Dak machines add 3 T. more
3cBread flour
1cRye flour
1 1/2tsSalt
1 1/2tbButter or margarine
2tbBrown sugar
1/2tsBaking soda
1tsCaraway seeds
3tsRed Star active dry yeast Panasonic/National machines use 4-

Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light Crust setting, menu selection: Bake (light). Some machines need to use White bread setting.

After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cool 1 hour before slicing. Makes 1-1/2 lb loaf.
