Title: Pork with Cider & Plums

2lbPork tenderloin
1tbButter
1tbOlive oil
1tbFlour
2/3cVegetable stock
2/3cHeavy cream
2/3cDry cider
1 Pear, peeled, cored and sliced
2cPitted and sliced plums

Slice the pork tenderloin, and trim off any excess fat. Heat the butter and oil in a skillet, then add the pork and fry for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the flour, and cook for 1 minute longer. Stir in the stock, cream and cider, then bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in the pear and plums, then simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
