Title: Seafood Gumbo

|1|| ||Onion, chopped|
|1 1/2||c||Shelled tiger shrimps|
|1 1/2||c||White crabmeat|
| || ||Tabasco, to taste|
|2|| ||Chorizo sausages, sliced|
|1||tb||Chipped fresh dill|
| || ||Grated zest and juice of 1 lime|
|1 1/2||c||Long-grain white rice|
Melt the butter in a pan. Add the onion, and saute for 5 minutes. Then,
stir in the flour, and cook for 1 minute. Remove from the heat, and stir in
the stock. Return to the heat, and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Add
the shrimps, crab, scallops, Tabasco, sausage, dill, lime juice and zest.
Cook over a medium heat for 5 minutes. Add the prepared mussels, and cook
for an additional 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, boil the rice in a separate pan for 10 to 12 minutes, then spoon
into a serving bowl. Top with the seafood gumbo and serve.
