Title: "Smothered" Steak

1 1/2lbChuck or round steak, cut in strips
1/3cFlour
1tsSalt
1/4tsPepper
1lgOnion, sliced
1 To 2 green peppers, sliced
1 16-ounce can tomatoes
1 4-ounce can mushrooms, drained
2tbMolasses (optional)
3tbSoy sauce
1 10-ounce package trozen green beans, French-style (optional)

Put steak strips, flour, salt and pepper in CROCK-POT. Stir well to coat steak. Add all remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on Low 8 hours. (High: 4 hours). Serve with rice. From Rival Crock-pot cook book, date unknown
