Title: Low-Fat Hot and Cool Dip

Yield: 1 1/2 cups

1cPlain nonfat yogurt
2tbHorseradish
1/2cCucumber; finely chopped
1/2tsDill weed

Combine all ingredients. Chill before serving. Try this dip with fresh vegetables or as a sandwich spread.
