To improve the flavor of canned tuna, especially the water packed variety, marinade the tuna in a small amount of chicken bouillon for an hour before making tuna salad.

You can infuse the bouillon with white wine, lemon juice, capers or a dash of Worcestershire sauce for even more taste.
