Title: Lemon Chicken Nuggets

1lbBoned, skinned chicken breast
1 1/3cFinely crushed Club-type cracker crumbs (about 8 whole crack
1/2tsPaprika
1/8tsGarlic powder
1/2cButter or margarine
3tbHoney
3tbLemon juice
2tsCornstarch
1tsChicken bouillon granules
1/2cWater

Cut chicken into 1" cubes. Combine crushed crackers, paprika and garlic powder on waxerd paper, and set aside.

Place butter in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave (High) 30 to 60 seconds, or until melted. Dip chicken cubes in butter and then into crumbs, coating evenly. Place in 12"x8" microwave-sage baking dish. Cover with paper towel. Microwave (High) 7 to 8 minutes or until chicken is done, rotating dish once. Set aside.

Combine honey, lemon juice, cornstarch, bouillon and water in 2 cup microwave-safe measure. Mix well. Microwave (High), uncovered, 2 to 3 minutes or until mixture boils and thickens, stirring once. Serve chicken on toothpicks with sauce along for dipping.
