Title: Iowa Pork Tenderloin Roast

3 | lb | Pork tenderloin roast |
1 | c | Cranberry sauce |
1 | tb | Grey Poupon mustard |
2 | tb | Brown sugar |
1 | ts | Cinnamon |
1 | tb | Orange juice |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/8 | ts | Ground cloves |
Mix all ingredients together and spread on top of roast. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
