15ozCan garbanso beans, drained and rinsed
1/3cPlain yogurt
1/4cTahini
3tbLemon juice
1 Green onion, thinly sliced

Place garbanzo beans, yogurt, tahini, and lemon juice in a blender container or food processore bowl. Cover and blend or process until smooth, scraping down sides of container as necessary.

Add green onion, garlic, cumin, crushed red pepper, and salt. Blend or process until well combined. Place dip in a covered container; chill several hours or overnight to blend flavors.

Serve with pita chips and vegetable dippers.
