| || ||1 TS chopped onion|
| || ||2 TB chopped pimento|
|1 1/2||c||Cooked shrimp, crab, tuna, or flaked salmon|
|3|| ||Hard boiled eggs, chopped|
| || ||Salt and pepper to taste|
| || ||Paprika|
*Use seashell pasta for a special effect.
Place cooked macaroni in a large bowl. Add chopped onion, celery, minced
parsley, pimento, seafood, olives, and chopped eggs. Stir gently to mix.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix gently with mayonaise, unitl all
ingredients are moistened. Sprinkle with paprika. Chill in refrigerator
until ready to serve.
