1 1/2 | c | Dried apricots |
4 | tb | Sugar |
1 | ts | Grated orange rind |
1 | tb | Rum |
Cook apricots until tender in enough water to cover. Drain and chop fine. Add the rest of the ingredients and beat well. The mixture should have the consistency of a soft mash.
