Title: Carbonara

Yield: 1 Servings

1/4ptCream
1/4ptMilk
1 Egg
2tbParmesan
1tbCornflour dissolved in
1tbCold water to thicken
  Black olives
  Smoked or honey roast ham
  Mushrooms
  Lots of nutmeg
  Black pepper
  Parsley

Fry smoked ham, mushrooms. Beat egg, milk, cheese, pepper, nutmeg and parsley together. Boil the beaten mix, and add the dissolved (corn)flour until the sauce thickens. Pour over ham and mushrooms. Add chopped olives. Serve with any pasta.
