|2 1/2||lb||Pork loin roast, cut almost through into four slices|
|2||c||Soft bread crumbs|
|1||Egg, slightly beaten|
|Salt and pepper|
Saute onion and apples in butter until golden. Stir in savory, bread crumbs and egg. Stuff dressing between slices of roast. Tie securely. Season with salt and pepper. Roast at 350øF for 1 1/2 hours.
