Title: Apple Stuffing Pork Roast

2 1/2lbPork loin roast, cut almost through into four slices
1/2cChopped onion
2cChopped apples
3tbButter
1/2tsSavory
2cSoft bread crumbs
1 Egg, slightly beaten
  Salt and pepper

Saute onion and apples in butter until golden. Stir in savory, bread crumbs and egg. Stuff dressing between slices of roast. Tie securely. Season with salt and pepper. Roast at 350F for 1 1/2 hours.
