Title: Fish Steaks with Pear Jardiniere

1 | c | Onion, thinly sliced |
1 | c | Carrot; julienne cut |

1 1/2 | lb | Firm fish fillets (sea bass, |
Haddock, salmon) | ||
2 | Tomatoes; sliced | |
1 | Lemon; thinly sliced |
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet. Add onion and carrot; stir to mix well. Cover and cook slowly 5 to 10 minutes. Mix mustard, basil and dill weed. Toss with pears. Add fish fillets, pears [sic], tomatoes and lemon slices. Cover; simmer 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. 4 servings.
